Convenience
We are a full service tax, accounting and advisory firm based out of Illinois working with clients in any state. Our modern, digital office aims to streamline the way in which you work with us. We want to make your tax compliance and communication with us as convenient as possible. We use a secure portal to send and receive documents, but if you prefer to fax, snail mail or drop your documents off in person, that is okay with us too. We embrace video conferences as a primary means of ongoing communication with our clients while simultaneously acknowledging the relationship-building value that face-to-face meetings can generate.
Our clients are busy people and often get things done outside of the typical Monday thru Friday 9-5. Upload or fax us your documents, email us with questions, or leave a message on our office system (847) 943-9922 any time that works for you. We’ll respond once we’re back in the office.

Pricing
How our fees work: Our firm provides upfront tax return preparation pricing which means you will know and agree to our fee prior to us beginning any work. Once we have all or at least all material information required to prepare the return or project we determine our fee based on your unique tax and accounting needs. Fees are based on the time it will take us to prepare, review and finalize the return and the complexity of the services needed.
We ask for 50% of the fee prior to beginning any work and the balance is due when we provide you with a draft. We DO NOT offer refund anticipation loans. Tax preparation fees do not include audit support.
